My Airplanes next to Miniatures
My current airfleet. I still don't know what I am going to do with all of them, but I'll think of something.
Northrup Gamma next to (from Right to Left) a Copplestone, a Pulp Figures, and a Ratrap Miniature. Not the most practical plane (few made and used) but you just can't beat a plane with spatted fixed landing gear to say pulp.
A Lockheed Electra that I picked up at Big Lots a few years ago. No idea who makes it. If used as a Lockheed Electra it would be in 1/60 scale, but as a very similiar looking Lockheed Electra Junior it would be in 1/54 scale. The only visual difference between the two is the number of windows on the side (five for the Electra and 4 for the Junior).
Here is my Ertl Keystone Loening next to (from left to right) a Copplestone, a Pulp Figures, and a Rattrap miniature. The Loening is a 4 seat airplane.
