No, not really. INTERNATIONAL CRIME starring Rod La Rocque claims it is a Shadow Movie. La Rocque stars as Lamont Cranston. There is a Commissioner Weston. But there is no caped mystery man with a blazing .45 in each hand. There isn’t any ability to cloud men’s minds. There's just a crime reporter who writes a column, and does a radio show under the name The Shadow. Everybody knows who he is - the police, the bad guys, even the cab driver who is always driving him around. If you are like me and like to go through the cheap DVDs looking for something special (I did get FLASH GORDON CONQUERS THE UNIVERSE for $2 that way) avoid this one. It is not even bad enough to be good.
